This is a foundation he attributes directly to his father, who is an American Indian, and to his family upbringing. As a result he is known as a dependable, plain spoken guy, whose innovative ideas have driven positive change within the industry.

In 1997, seeing the potential of the internet as a tool for future business growth, Arwood launched his company's first website.
